ℳidnight ℬanana ℱritters With Ice Cream🍨


Last Friday I was up late watching good-bad tv,  and I felt for something sweet.  Feeling uninspired, I decided to search online for something to make, using stuff I had on-hand.  I had some very ripe bananas, and knew I wanted to use them up.  After a quick search I found a recipe for “Mashed Banana Fritters” I knew that was it!

This recipe was so easy,  I was back on the couch with my sweet treat in a flash ◕ ‿ ◕. The best part of this recipe is that it only needed 1 and 1/2 tbsp of oil to make the fritters.  The only changes I made was that I added some nutmeg, used rice flour instead of wheat flour, and no additional sugar as the bananas were perfectly sweet.  I had some the next morning for breakfast, it was sort of like a mini banana pancake at that point.
