I made this Caesar salad for dinner a few weeks ago. I had some bread dying pitifully in front of my eyes, so I used it to make garlic croutons. I really shouldn’t have done that..they were too good, and I couldn’t stop eating them..
I cooked a few slices of bacon in the oven, on a baking sheet. I had chicken breasts leftover from a roasted chicken from the previous night (which I baked with sliced lemons and herbs inside the cavity), so it went nicely in the Caesar salad. I added some Caesar dressing, and boom!
