Kombucha~ℬlackberry Mojito ℂocktail❄

At some point during the holidays I made these Kombucha-Blackberry Mojito cocktails. I realized there was so much loose-leaf teas left from the summer, when we were making iced tea all the time. We had a packet of “Happy Kombucha” Oolong tea I’d gotten from David’s Tea, and some “Blackberry Mojito” green tea from Teavana. I’d never used the blackberry mojito tea for cocktails, so I had fun making it. The combination of the two teas went surprisingly well together.

After the teas were steeped (I gave it about thirty minutes to really maximize the flavor and strength), I added about two tablespoons of honey, while it was still warm enough to dissolve.

I let the tea chill in the fridge for a few hours until cocktail time, and then added some white rum and lemon.

It was perfect..super refreshing.
