This was my first time making this dish. I was worried about over-cooking the pasta and the shells sticking together. I’ve f❀cked up pasta and rice so many times, that I vowed to watch over the shells the whole time they were boiling..I mean, the ingredients wasn’t exactly cheap.
Once the shells were cooked and cooled, I made the spinach-ricotta mixture, then stuffed them. I laid the shells on a bed of marinara, and covered them with a blanket of mozzarella.
It took about 45 minutes to bake. This was actually pretty fun to make. The hardest part was waiting for it to cool so I could have some. ◔◡◔
