Asian-Style Lettuce Wraps


I made this dish for dinner a few nights ago. I filled the lettuce with bbq chicken (which I baked, let cool, and then sliced), rice noodles, carrots, bean sprouts, and used a mango-chilli sauce for dipping. I know Butter Lettuce or Iceberg is typically used for lettuce wraps, but I only had Romaine on-hand. The wraps (or more like lettuce boats) look kind of messy but it was pretty easy to eat…the filling didn’t fall all over the place.

IMG_2167D and I absolutely loved this dinner. I will be making this more time I won’t forget cilantro.
