This was another super easy dinner I made a few nights ago. I started by cooking up some extra-lean ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, chilli powder, and cumin (lots of cumin, I love the stuff!). Then, I lightly toasted some flour tortillas on a skillet, and heated up the (evil, addictive) cheese sauce.
I plated my beef tortilla with organic, low-sodium tortilla chips, more cheese sauce (seriously, it’s crack!), salsa, and some avocado. ❀‿❀
